      Provision of flexible and tailored to the needs of women training material on STEM learning as life skills which aims to increase gender diversity in STEM fields, empower women with valuable skills, and ultimately contribute to more inclusive and innovative societies.

       

       

      Provision of an accessible and friendly user digital platform for STEM learning: women in risk of marginalisation may not have access to STEM learning due to various factors such as lack of resources, infrastructure and mentors. The STEMazing Women Digital Academy can provide a platform for these women to access quality STEM education and thus to increase their life skills.

       

    • Training Program:The STEMAzing Women project offers a comprehensive training program aimed at empowering young women at risk of marginalization by using STEM as a life skill. This program includes both synchronous and asynchronous learning modules tailored to enhance problem-solving and critical thinking skills, ultimately promoting employability and gender equality. Participants will have access to a user-friendly digital platform, enabling flexible and accessible STEM education.

      STEMAzing aims to address unemployment and empowerment of young women who face barriers due to their gender, remote place of residence and poor socio-economic status, using STEM-as-a-life-skill.

      It directly addresses gender inequality, marginalization, skills shortages, social exclusion. STEMAzing promotes youth employability and empowerment of young women at risk of marginalization; fight gender inequality and marginalization; addresses job market skills shortage: and promotes social Inclusion.
